WBHS Home Meet - Etiquette 

Check In 3pm

Field Events are advised to be early

Shake Out/Roll/Treatment @ 4:15pm 

Warm-Up should be started 2 races before your actual race (be aware of boys and girls heats, etc…) In sweats. 

• Hurdle Crew 

• NO Profanity 

TRACK TEAM MEMBERS ONLY on the track (between the a and s  in the soccer goal area) 

• No loose equipment (soccer balls, basketball, balls, footballs etc…)

• Keep track of your belongings 

CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF

• Support your teammates/ Staying until the end of the meet.

4:45 pm - Running Events Begin (Boys will run first in each event)

2026 MHSAA Track & Field Region 09-1 Championships

Competing Schools (17 Schools, 16 Boys/16 Girls): 

Clarkston, Detroit Catholic Central (Boys Only), Farmington, Farmington Hills Mercy (Girls Only), Holly, Lake Orion, Lapeer, Milford, North Farmington, Oxford,  Walled Lake Central,  Walled Lake Northern,  Walled Lake Western, Waterford Kettering,  Waterford Mott, West Bloomfield and White Lake Lakeland.

QUALIFICATION FROM REGIONALS TO STATE FINALS: The first two places in each event at each Regional meet qualify to enter the State Finals meet in that event. In addition, during the FINALS of a Regional running event, any contestant who equals or betters the published additional qualifier standard shall qualify to the State Final meet in that event in that division. Efforts in the preliminary trials of the long jump, shot put and discus may qualify a contestant to the appropriate State Final meet. See below for the additional qualifying standards for Regional and State Final meets.
